Organic waste such as fruit and vegetable waste and farmers’ market vegetables are transported by special sanitation trucks. After weighing, they are discharged to the unloading hopper and transported to the crushing and sorting machine through the bottom shaftless screw. An iron remover is installed on the conveying route to remove organic waste. The iron blocks and organic waste in the crushing and sorting machine are crushed into small particles, and the inorganic substances are sorted out at the same time. The crushed slag is extruded and dehydrated to obtain organic slag with a moisture content of 70-75%. Single line processing capacity can reach 150 tons/day.
