Kitchen and organic waste are transported by special sanitation trucks. After weighing, they are discharged to the unloading hopper and transported to the coarse crusher through the bottom shaftless screw. After preliminary crushing, they are transported to the drum separator for sorting inorganic materials. It is transported to the fine crushing press for further crushing and screw extrusion dehydration to obtain organic slag with a moisture content of 70-75%. The wastewater generated during the entire process is concentrated in the desanding machine for desanding. The desanding wastewater enters the cooking tank. After heating to 80°C, it is pumped to an impurity remover to remove large particles of organic residue, and then pumped to a three-phase centrifuge for separation of water, oil and residue. The single-line processing capacity is 100 tons/day.
