Food waste crushing squeezing and sorting table (ground type)

This product is used for sorting, solid-liquid separation, oil-water separation, crushing and squeezing of kitchen waste and other pretreatments. It sorts inorganic substances in organic waste. At the same time, the sorting table is equipped with a mesh screen. Preliminary solid-liquid separation is carried out on the top of the screen, and the liquid drained from the mesh screen enters the oil-water separation box at the bottom; after the sorting is completed, the sorting table conveying function is turned on, and the solid matter is sent to the next process.

The liquid is stratified by gravity in the oil-water separation tank, and the oil and water are separated up and down. The water overflows into the grease trap, and the oil is put into the oil receiving barrel. When the ambient temperature is low, the heating rod can be turned on to activate the anti-freezing function to facilitate smooth oil draining. Furthermore, the product can crush organic waste into particles with a diameter of less than 10mm, and at the same time spray hot water above the crushed part to wash the oil and water on the surface of the organic waste; the crushed organic waste enters the screw press module to further remove the oil and water in the organic waste. The product is suitable for places where organic waste is relatively concentrated, such as farmers' markets and sanitation stations.
