The process of processing food waste by food waste treatment equipment
Introduction
In recent years, as my country's urbanization process accelerates, people's living standards have steadily improved, the food processing and catering industries have developed rapidly, and the production of food waste has increased rapidly. China's dining tables are incredibly wasteful, producing huge amounts of food waste every day.
Details

According to statistics from relevant departments, the daily amount of catering waste (including waste cooking oil) is about 1,800-2,200 tons, and fluctuates with different seasons.

Food waste has high organic matter and moisture, and is very easy to rot and deteriorate. If a large amount of untreated food waste flows into society through various channels, it will seriously affect the water environment and urban appearance environment, and it can also easily cause blockage of the drainage pipe network. It also caused a lot of trouble for sanitation workers in their cleaning work.

Compared with other garbage, food waste has the characteristics of high moisture, organic matter, grease and salt content, perishability, and rich nutrients. Due to the high moisture content, food waste cannot meet the calorific value requirements for waste incineration (not less than 5000kJ/kg), and it is not suitable for direct landfill. Incineration and landfill will cause a large amount of waste of organic matter. There are many types of food waste in my country. In addition to food, it is often mixed with various impurities such as glasses, chopsticks, plastic bags, cans, etc. The overall characteristics are high organic matter content, high moisture content, high oil, and high salt content. Therefore, it is anaerobic. Fermentation is more in line with my country's food waste treatment needs and is currently the mainstream treatment method, accounting for 80% of planned and under-construction projects in pilot cities.

At the kitchen waste resource utilization station, the food waste is transported to the processing station through a closed garbage collection vehicle. The waste is first sorted by sorters to remove glass, plastic and other impurities in the food waste. In addition to causing damage to food waste treatment equipment, these non-degradable components will also affect the quality of the nutrient soil produced later. The sorted food waste is crushed by food waste treatment equipment, and then dehydrated to separate grease, high temperature heating and fungi intervention, which can accelerate the decomposition of organic matter. After high-temperature and high-speed fermentation in a closed kitchen waste treatment equipment, the unstable organic matter in the food waste is converted into more stable humus, achieving harmless treatment. After 24 hours, food waste can become organic fertilizer. After these processes, food waste is finally turned into treasure, and the entire treatment process is harmless to the environment and will not produce secondary pollution. This will prevent food waste from being made into gutter oil and used as feed for swilling pigs, which will eventually flow to the dining table and endanger people's health.
